Career Path Services Ranks as a Top 50 Non-Profit to Work For in the United States

For the fourth year in a row, the NonProfit Times has named Career Path Services to its 50 Best Nonprofits to Work For in the USA.  We are honored to be named to this prestigious 2016 list with other honorees like SightLife of Seattle, the only other nonprofit from the Pacific Northwest.  CPS ranked #32 overall, and #15 in the Medium size category (50-249 employees).

Selection to the list is a multi-part process that ends with employees responding to a 78 statement survey using a five-point agreement scale.  The eight core focus areas are:

• Leadership and planning
• Corporate culture and communications
• Role satisfaction
• Work environment
• Relationship with supervisor
• Training, development and resources
• Pay and benefits
• Overall engagement
