Overview

The South Sound BankWork$ program by Career Path Services is a free, 8-week training program designed to help you begin your career in the banking industry.  We support clients in receiving career training, job placement assistance, and ongoing coaching for career advancement in the banking industry.

Career opportunities for individuals who complete the training include:

Minimum eligibility requirements for the program include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Basic computer skills
• Standard background clearance
• 6-months of cash handling experience
• English proficiency - bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply

Learning Objectives and Curriculum

Participants benefit from learning role-specific skills and discipline for a lasting career. Program instructors, bank recruiters, and
industry executives collaborate to deliver a unique training experience that replicates the actual banking workplace, perfect for those who thrive in a hands-on learning environment.
