Overview

The South Sound BankWork$ program by Career Path Services is a free, 8-week training program designed to help you begin your career in the banking industry.  We support clients in receiving career training, job placement assistance, and ongoing coaching for career advancement in the banking industry.

Career opportunities for individuals who complete the training include:

Minimum eligibility requirements for the program include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Basic computer skills
  • Standard background clearance
  • 6-months of cash handling experience
  • English proficiency - bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply

Within our first 3 cohorts, we have had great success in individuals going through the program and finding employment in the banking industry:

  • 3 Succesful Cohorts
  • 48 Individuals Enrolled
  • 32 Program Graduates
  • 17 Employment Placements
  • $15.48 per hour Average Wage

Our 4th cohort is set to graduate soon with 23 enrollments and 22 anticipated graduates!
