Ring The Bell – March 2013
Ring the bell for Sarah Clark, the Spokane Admin Team’s Human Resource Intern! Sarah was instrumental in preparing our organization for a big software transition! Career Path Services launched an Employee Web Services software program effective February 1st which included a new and easier way to request vacation and other time off. There was much to be done behind the scenes to ensure a seamless roll-out to staff.
Sarah spent many hours completing very detailed data entry into the new software program. She completed these tasks flawlessly and prior to the deadlines provided. Her efforts allowed the team to move forward with other areas of the EWS implementation.
To give you an idea of the estimated amount of data Sarah made certain was accurate entered in the new system, take a look at these figures:
- Over 50 vacation requests had to be entered into the system
- Over 385 “assignments” had to be entered into the system
- Over 290 expiration dates had to be entered into the system
Sarah set the foundation for a positive and successful implementation of this new software program at Career Path Services. She shines everyday with her positive attitude, willingness to assist and “can do anything” attitude. Each and every day she does many things to support the human resource department and administrative team.
