Ring the Bell – November 2011

A tip of the rhino’s horn to Cathy Eylar, our November Ring the Bell Award Winner.  Cathy consistently brings innovation, hard work, and spirited leadership to the Spokane DD/DVR Team- Team RHINO. She has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of Career Club for our clients.  This job seekers workshop provides training and strategies to our clients that help to empower them in their pursuit of employment.  Career Club has made it possible for our unit to continue to enroll and actively engage a record number of new clients in a time of change and transition.Cathy has secured job placements for six (6) of her clients already in PY11, and leads our team in DVR revenue.  A lesser rhino might stop to rest on her laurels; Cathy continues to strive for perfection.  Congratulations Cathy!
