Since joining our team in 2010, Lisa Ochs has brought balance to our Benton/Franklin office by working hard to meet the demanding needs of her customers, while graciously supporting her colleagues. Lisa is the connector between all WIA staff and is the foundational support that holds us together. She is quick to make us laugh, and her laugh is infectious! As life’s obstacles surface, balancing work with a personal life can be challenging. She is the sounding board to her co-workers and often offers workplace mediation, guidance and encouragement.
Lisa is the first to volunteer when needed and is actively engaged in our organization’s future, serving on committees such as the Employee Benefits Group. She advocates for things that she believes in and in things that affect us all as people and employees. She quickly identifies issues and areas of needed improvement, always striving to be part of the solution.
Over the past two years, Lisa has embraced job development, something she readily admits she did not originally like doing. She is currently exceeding her On The Job Training (OJT) goal in our Dislocated Worker Program and has already met it in the Adult Program. She plans on ending her time with us with a BANG, by meeting 100% of her goals.
Congratulations Lisa on your Ring the Bell Award and for your family’s new adventure. Thanks for making Career Path Services a great place!
