Carya Bair has been with Career Path Services going on 4 years. During that time, she has been a positive voice in times of stress and chaotic workloads. Her positive spirit continues to motivate the team, even with all of the changes this year in Benton Frankling.

Carya also took on the role of Rapid Response Coordinator. This year, the Tri-Cities area has experienced several layoffs in a variety of industries. As the Rapid Response Coordinator, she is responsible for updating partner agencies as soon as she hears of a layoff. She then is responsible for initiating a Rapid Response event with the impacted employer and partner agencies.

This extra duty takes tenacity, dedication, and patience. She has continued her case management responsibilities at an outstanding level, enrolling high numbers while providing the quality service and understanding needed in a rapid response event.

We are thankful for Carya’s perservance, dedication, and sense of humor, and it is for those reasons that we have nominated her for the March 2017 Ring the Bell award.
