Meet our Admin team – HR, Fiscal, Marketing, and General Administration! We support all of our programs and staff and consider our purpose to be the backbone of the organization.
Andrea Allbery – Lead Accountant WIOA. I have been with CPS for 13 1/2 years serving the WIOA world. I started as a 6-month temp located in the Spokane WorkSource Office. While I often do the same activities in my daily work life – the details are always different, so it keeps me on my toes and challenged. I have three amazing kids that bring my life an insane amount of joy (now that they have grown out of their teenage years). I love to cook and bake, garden, play with my crazy dog Walter (he even paddle boards with me), and enjoy reading and relaxing in the porch swing or the rockers on my back patio while enjoying the view of my yard. A very Zen place to be. Go Cougs!!
Laura Barragan – As the Executive Coordinator, I get to do a little of everything! Being only three months in, I’m so excited to see how I can grow and define this role. Even though Summer is my favorite season, I’m looking forward to Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and baking this winter.
Reina Boell – Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Technician. My role has definitely changed over my five years with the organization, but I LOVE it! I love my work with our transitional jobs team and have learned so much about our services and workforce development. For Admin, I feel like I get to do a little bit of everything, which keeps my day-to-day interesting. Outside work, I love to spend time with my wonderful husband and our two pups, Gracie and Gunner. In my free time, I serve on a board of directors for a local Youth Ranch, helping Spokane’s youth find healing through their relationships with horses. I also volunteer as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in Idaho; I have been given the honor of making sure kiddos in the foster system have their voices heard.
Cami Eakins – CEO, I have been with the org for 19 years and love creating space for us to do heartwork. I love winter, holidays with my family, playing in the snow (even shoveling the stuff), and snuggling up next to the fire with a good book. These are a few of my favorite things.
Dawn Haight – I am the staff accountant serving the Snohomish team. Being part of their team means I have an opportunity to collaborate on tasks with the goal that together, we see how we can ultimately ensure that most of their focus is available to serve their community.
Trina Mirabal – Administrative Technician –
Spokane corporate office. It has been a joy to serve our staff and community for over 21 years! William Shakespeare once said, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away!”
Lloyd Fillis – I like taking long walks off short piers in the dark. CFO moving to part-time Virtual or vCFO in January, supporting the Senior Leadership, Fiscal and Program Teams via financial reporting & analysis, risk management, and insurance, to name a few of the tasks I will remain doing for Career Path after January 1st.
Mark Lovseth-Morales – Staff Accountant – It has been an amazing almost 14 years working for an organization devoted to giving opportunities to those who need them. Over those years, I’ve witnessed some of the most dedicated and selfless co-workers and Team-mates work to problem-solve and break barriers for under-served populations and make a difference for those needing it most. In my personal life, I love anything outdoors (hiking, being near water, and this year I’m bringing back skiing – Woo-hoo!!!)
Rachel Millican – Staff Accountant for 15+ years, doing my best to serve all that need to be served, “laughter is the best medicine,” and I try to make sure there is a daily dose
Maggie O’Brien – Lead Accountant, Transitional Jobs. I started working at Career Path in November 2011 after completing my BA at Eastern Washington University. Before beginning at CPS, I worked in public accounting for six years. I was born and raised in Spokane, WA, and I have a beautiful 23-year-old daughter. Outside work is usually spent riding bikes, hiking, and walking my dog Cinco with my beloved partner, Joe. Other ways I spend my free time are trying out new recipes, gardening, and practicing yoga which has become my newest obsession, and I am absolutely loving it!
Andy Dwonch – Hi, I’m Andy, your COO. I support program operations and innovation wherever Career Path serves. I’m a husband and dad, like to travel, and sports enthusiast.

I appreciate being a part of the fiscal team for this company as they change the lives of those who need it most in our community. This is my favorite time of the year; I am happy to share it with my husband and our two little boys. I love being a mom and seeing how excited they are to learn and do new things!
Kyle Thompson – Staff Accountant, working with WIOA Spokane and Corporate AP. I have been working as part of the Fiscal Team for four years. I enjoy knowing that the work I do helps serve individuals in our community and empowers them to feel confident in the workforce. I enjoy spending time with my family and new son, watching the Seahawks or Mariners, and working on old cars.
Amy Trosine – I am proud to serve as your HR Director for the last eight years. My job is to strategize, develop, implement, and maintain company human resource policies and practices that provide you with a great place to work. Career Path Services’ culture is like no other, and I’m inspired by the work everyone does at our organization. I’m on the Board of Trustees for Vanessa Behan, a crisis nursery in Spokane, where I will serve as Chair for the next two years. I also love teaching management at Gonzaga University. This time of year, I love going to GU basketball games. Go Zags! Most of you know that I’m a “beach girl” at heart, and it’s where I go to restore my soul.
Dorane Marsh – I am Dorane Marsh, the HR Generalist for Career Path Services. I act as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
