Our All Staff Retreat is coming up on September 25 & 26 and it should be a good one. Here is how you can prepare:
Don’t wait until the last minute!
- Attached are the schedule, agenda, and map for the Retreat: Kress Gallery Map, the Staff Retreat Schedule, and the DOL New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options
- .
- On Thursday, Sept 26, David Maxfield will train us on the book Influencer. David is a co-author of the Influencer, Crucial Accountability, and Change Anything. All three books have been on the New York Times Best Sellers. He spent a day with our management team in July and we have been practicing the skills he taught us since then. The guy knows his stuff! You should have received your copy of Influencer by now. Join me in reading it before the training so we can get more out of our learning.
- .
- Dress is retreat casual (shorts, jeans, T-shirts, sweats, etc).
- .
- Vote for your choice for Employee of the Year from your team. Select one person that represents the heart and soul of Career Path Services and send your vote to Trina by noon on Wed, Sept 11. Below are the team categories:

- We will announce the winners of our 100% Club (100% individual goal attainment and 100% attendance) and recognize everyone who celebrated their 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 year employment anniversary during the past year.
- .
- Ask Senior Management. We experimented with this last year and it is back by popular demand. You asked Marie, Cami, and I questions and we answered. Therefore, email Trina a question or two you would like answered. We will pick the easy ones that are likely to be of interest to others and answer them.
- .
- Due to other feedback from last year’s retreat, we made several changes to this event. You travelers will enjoy the Davenport Hotel (hot showers guaranteed); we will have meat with breakfast and tea with the beverage service; and, we moved our training venue.
- .
