Ring the Bell – December 2011

Congratulations to Sergey Dunayev, our December Ring the Bell winner. In just six short months with the Central King County team Sergey has demonstrated great leadership, innovation, and teamwork. He has been essential in developing a strong relationship with our new DSHS partners in Renton. He demonstrated great initiative in joining the Renton Chamber of Commerce, which resulted in a potential Career Jump the next day.

Additionally, he refined his model for job clubs, and improved upon our existing client intake processes. Sergey has enjoyed great success in starting Career Jumps and getting his clients employed and has already had 13 job placements. He is always willing to share best practices and collaborate with teammates and consistently strives to beat his own goals. Thank you, Sergey, for your always-positive attitude, and being such a great support for our participants.
