We’re ringing the bell loudly in Omak for Becky Day. Becky began her position as an Employment Specialist in September of 2012. She’s quickly proven herself to be an integral part of the Omak team. Becky’s belief in her clients’ skills and abilities, coupled with her persistent job development, has paid off. She has assisted seven clients to obtain employment, including two clients within the first month of their services. She also has coordinated to increase available work hours for one of her clients.
Becky is diligent about ensuring her clients receive the services they need. She’s proactive in her communication and responsive to the needs of our fund sources, employers, and clients. She meets or exceeds her monthly service hour target every month. In May 2013, she exceeded her annual DVR revenue goal.
Becky is a team player, always willing to help team members with job leads, job coaching, and even procuring donations for our Omak Thanksgiving event. To top it off, she became a certified WorkStrides facilitator and provides this multi-day workshop at least every other month.
Becky’s energy and enthusiasm for her work and the clients she serves is contagious. Becky, thank you for the quality of services you provide, your willingness to go the extra mile, and the enthusiasm you bring to the office every day.
