Ring The Bell – March 2012

Congratulations to Tammy Stillwaugh, our March Ring the Bell winner. Tammy began as an Employment Specialist at our newly opened Wenatchee Office in August of 2011. In just six months, Tammy has demonstrated leadership, enthusiasm, and a passion for the clients she serves. In a growing, new location, Tammy has demonstrated the ability to be flexible and adjust her program and methods around client needs.

Tammy values the importance of matching an employer to the right employee. This has resulted in her ability to carve out positions with local employers and to place our clients in positions that they are more likely to be successful in long term. With an 80% successful closure rate, Tammy is putting clients to work.

Just recently, Tammy was praised by DVR for her efforts to obtain employment for our mutual clients, her communication, and her responsiveness.

And to top it all off, Tammy has saved employers in the Wenatchee Valley up to $22,000 in tax credits since she was hired!
