While we typically focus on the individual employee for our Ring the Bell award, this month we’ve chosen to honor a group of employees for their dedication to making the organization a success. For October 2016, we’re nominating our 2016 Fall Conference Hospitality team as our Ring the Bell awardees.
The team, including Jo Fightmaster, Kayci Loftus, Sarah Featherly, Lisa Spencer, Kaitlyn Hanson, Benjamin Hysjulien, Sheri McCoy, Linda Rowling, and Cami Hanson, spent hours planning the conference including dozens of travel and lodging reservations, meal planning to account for the dietary restrictions for over 100 employees, conference training and activities, and spending much of their time during the two day event ensuring it went smoothly. With employees traveling from across Washington state, they managed the entire process with great success and only a few unavoidable snags. Honorary members of the hospitality team include Phillip Morelli and Trina Mirabal for their assistance in travel planning and conference preparation.
While it is easy for unseen efforts to go unappreciated, the hospitality provided by this team was noticed by all. The conference stayed on schedule, even when transitioning from major events, and everyone enjoyed the 3 F’s known to Career Path Services’ employees: Food, Fun, and Fellowship. Without their efforts, the Fall Conference wouldn’t be possible. For the countless hours and energy expended in planning such a large event, we thank our 2016 Fall Conference Hospitality Team.
