Ring the Bell – September 2016

This month we honor Phillip Morelli as our Ring the Bell award nominee. Phil is gracious and kind, even when surrounded by the chaos of starting up new offices all the way across Washington state. He is always willing to offer a helping hand and extends sincerity and kindness when needing to explain a process or procedure, whether it is the first time or a reminder

During May and June of 2016 when Career Path Services ramped up to commence WIOA services in the Pacific Mountain region and Pierce County, Phil scheduled travel for managers, new employees, and support staff. He identified a need to streamline coordination and created a shared itinerary that included information on the arrival and departure times of team members, who was responsible for rental car pick-up and returns, flight confirmation codes, hotel accommodations and travel schedules.

As Kayci Loftus, Director of Workforce Development noted, “Amongst the madness, I found confidence in being able to shoot Phil an email requesting a need and assurance that nothing would fall through the cracks. Nothing ever did.”

For his commitment to service and exceptional attitude, we all would like to extend our thanks to Phil for his efforts.
