Meet: Junior
A visionary catalyst in social services, I forge transformative pathways for marginalized communities through strategic leadership and unwavering compassion. With seven years of nonprofit expertise, I navigate complex social landscapes confronting unemployment, homelessness, and mental health challenges with surgical precision and passionate conviction. As a medical social worker at Providence-Swedish pursuing a LICSW certification, I embody the delicate alchemy of professional rigor and human-centered innovation. Through purposeful intervention and a touch of audacious wit, I champion the resilience of those society often overlooks

Meet: Sally

Sally Vantress-Lodato is an innovative and purpose leader. Her desire to serve others charted careers in Corporate Banking, Outdoor Industry and Workforce Development.  During her 30 plus years in business, Sally wanted people to succeed. In banking, she funded millions of dollars that would allow Small Business and Corporations the resources to expand. In the Outdoor Industry, tripling revenues helped ensure employees could make a career in retail and have livable wage jobs. In addition to the daily oversight of a large retail store, Sally developed programs and events that allowed people to get outside to recreate and volunteer. The Spokane River Clean Up, Wednesday in the Woods and Fish Lake Trail are a few noteworthy.

Sally’s experience in Workforce Development and Corporate Training came later in her career and was a perfect opportunity to use her background to identify and develop training packages to skill up the workforce. It was a natural transition to work with employers because she could empathize with their challenges and help find the best solutions for their needs.

Although Sally is currently retired, she is serving on the Spokane Park Board and Riverside State Park Foundation. She is a ski instructor, enjoys most outdoor activities including running, cycling, riding her horse Baxter and training her puppy Jade. She is married with two amazing adult children, a daughter-in-law, and a fun-loving adventurous granddaughter. She loves to travel, read, garden, and spend time with her family.
