WIOA Adult Services

Career Path Services' adult services are designed to help individuals gain the skills and abilities they need to get and keep "family wage" jobs. All services are FREE and customized to meet individual needs. Our customers work one-on-one with their employment representatives to meet their employment goals. 

  • Skills training, such as on the job training , paid work experience and vocational education
  • Help with resumes and cover letters
  • Workshops on interviewing, job searching, demand occupations and more
  • Career counseling, guidance and employment referrals
  • Referrals to community resources
  • And much more!

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for these services, you must:

  • Live in one of the following counties: Snohomish, King, Jefferson, Kitsap, Clallam, Clark, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Spokane, Benton, or Franklin County
  • Have low income for past 6 months
  • Be age 22 or older
  • Be motivated to work and receptive to training!

Due to limited funding, not everyone who qualifies will be enrolled. Enrollment is limited and eligibility restrictions may apply. Those determined most in need, based on education level and other factors, will be given priority.  Programs made possible by Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act funds through the Spokane Workforce Development Council, the Benton-Franklin Workforce Development Council, Workforce Snohomish, Olympic Workforce Development Council, Workfoce Southwest Washington Development Council, and the Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County
