The BankWork$ program is a free, 8-week banking industry program provided by Career Path Services in Pierce County. Our aim is to assist clients in career training, job placement, and ongoing coaching for career advancement in the banking industry.

Career opportunities to individuals who complete the training include customer service representative, personal banker, and bank teller. Minimum eligibility requirements for the program include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, passing a background check, six months of cash handling experience, English proficiency (bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply), and at least 18 years of age.

executives collaborate to deliver a unique training experience that replicates the actual banking workplace.

Within our first 3 cohorts, we have had great success in individuals going through the program and finding employment in the banking industry:

Our 4th cohort is set to graduate soon with 23 enrollments and 22 anticipated graduates!
